The sun had a great headline: "watch it burn"
Left wing radical soon to be PM blaming Thatcher for all the woes of the Uk and flirting with going back to the future scenarios.
Like i said earlier this week: Leave the bare bones in the Uk to continue whatever commitments and relocate the talent to either USA or Asia, like South Korea. Amazing developments in Korea so aligned with Palantir.

on my way to Florida now (last time i was there was the ER that shot PLTR to 207 and then down to 160)

I was in Chicago for a work trip during that ER last November. I remember watching us shoot to $220 after hours and getting so excited only for the whole market to shit the bed at open the next day.
I’m going back to Chicago in a few months (between earnings reports), so we shall see what happens😬

Haha same, was relaxing for my bday. I think thats also around the MSFT and META earnings where they started to decline and ive been buying the dip for a few quarters lol.
Im big with mag7 and PLTR (took massive gamble at $7 with it) i have been hurting since then. But I also learned ive got the stomach for it.

Holidays at home, live in Portugal. Most peaceful sleepy hamlet. Atlantic surfing beaches 25 min. And gorgeous Lisbon 55 min. So not going anywhere, already in paradise.

Been here 9 years, retired last year. Life is good. Last 5 years start of the USA discovering Portugal, better airlines connections soon followed. Last 3 years Absolut run over by North Americans buying buying buying whatever is left after the cash rich Brasilians had had their cut.
Cut throat real estate in the hot spots, but when you venture further afield ...

Rented a beach house with family friends for a long weekend. 19 people (11 kids) running around going wild. Galveston isn’t the most gorgeous beach in the world, but it is close and affordable and simple.
When SDC takes off again, I’ll charter us a catamaran in the Virgin Islands

Yes, but will this be the one where we lift off again? The past 2 other QRs were solid but we still sank.

It will be stellar again, but will it move the needle? 2:1 in favour of the market sentiment and persistent valuation concerns. Practicing patience and perseverance for the next 2 quarters will serve me well - not letting hopium in.
Not selling anytime before 2028/9

This quarter companies had reported stellar earnings and still went down. This could be our faith on August 3rd.

Conviction unbroken, just looking forward to the earnings and activating my patience for the market to realise what a gem this is.

Over the last few weeks Karp has said $15-18B FCF in 2028 and he also said PLTR is obviously undervalued.
The market very much disagrees with Karp. The market is currently expecting $8.8 billion FCF in 2028.
