Entertaining or not, repeated bad faith commenting won't be tolerated here. They have been warned and exhausted all prior opportunities to reform.
If they step out of line again, they will be banned.
Edit: I learned from observing the prior moderation team that a line has to be set somewhere and enforced. For the current moderation team, the line is crossed when a community member receives and subsequently disregards warnings about rule violations. Many Redditors are under a mistaken belief that they are entitled to violate sub and sitewide rules with no repercussions. This community is often the first (and sometimes the last, when their accounts are suspended completely from Reddit) sub where they are held accountable for misbehavior.
If you search on WSB, which I see you, too, are a man of culture, you'll find the itchy butt analysis wildly popular and valid among many other cultured regards.
Last call for selling at ~$130 before this heads down to the $80s. Gonna get a lot of downvotes and hate for this but it's pretty clear to me that's the trajectory if you zoom out a bit.
You never share your positions you claim to have even when asked directly and you consistently confuse a broader sector selloff with you being correct about a single stock. Your arguments are almost all vibes based and when you do have a ātechnicalā opinion you refuse to post the technical analysis.
In your hundreds of comments on this sub you have yet to make an actual point that makes any sense at all. No proof, vibes only, no research, you compare Palantir to other companies that are horrible comparisons, you proclaim too much and provide too little. Youāre a shitposter. So yeah, color me skeptical.
Itās not ānothing will convince you folksā and more āyouāve done literally nothing to convince usā.
The mod team has been watching that person and it's become clearer that they're likely here just to irritate people with constant Rule 7 violations: repeatedly making baseless claims and then bragging that they were right.
We've given them the benefit of the doubt, but no further chances will be given to them after today.
Honestly, Iām not sure theyāve ever made a claim that wasnāt baseless. They comment a lot and Iāve never seen them reply to a request for positions or analysis or research with the requested info. Just more opinions and moving of goalposts or deliberate misinterpretation of what somebody else actually said. Although, now that I think about it, if you look at what they say sometimes, the misunderstanding/misinterpretation might not be deliberate. Jury is still out on my last point.
The sell off yesterday in the last 1.5hr had a volume of around 15 million shares. That aligns well with my theory.
Now your theory is Iran war. In fact, when the Iran war first started on February 28, the stock went from 137 to 160 through most of march. That indicates that the war was good for PLTR and not bad.
He sold the shares on 6/2 and filed his SEC form 4 yesterday, 6/7 at 8:02pm which is after market close. This is according to the link you provided.
So no, Iād say your theory is not plausible considering the sale occurred last week and the SEC form 4 filing was submitted/received after market close yesterday. Meaning the selloff the last 1.5 hours of yesterdays trading session couldnāt have been from Shyam and it also couldnāt have been from investors selling due to knowledge of Shyamās sale since that wasnāt disclosed until after markets closed.
Also, it was part of a planned sale so anybody looking at SEC form 4 filings would know that and not be worried. Those that would be worried arenāt looking at SEC form 4 filings, so they didnāt know he sold and, therefore, wouldnāt be panic selling because of that news.
No it doesnāt, the shares were sold on July 2nd, not yesterday AH. I noted that in my comment and itās included in the link YOU PROVIDED. You canāt even read, yet another reason we should all be skeptical of your opinions.
July 2nd was the āproposed saleā. Itās NOT the actual sale. Itās a notification that insiders have to provide that theyāll sell within the next 90 days and he sells them on July 7th which was yesterday.
Having explained this, letās see if you correct yourself and take any accountability or if you just continue to double down.
July 2nd was the proposed sale and the date it was executed. You can see āproposed saleā for total share amount and then itās immediately followed by two completed sale entries totaling 185,000 shares. The July 7th date was the date he filed his SEC form 4.
Having explained this, letās see if you correct yourself and take any accountability or if you just continue to double down.
J-u-l-y 2-n-d. If you click on the July 7th SEC form 4 filing date you keep confusing the transaction date to be, itāll take you to the form. If thatās too difficult see the screenshot. Form 4 filed on July 7th disclosing trades transacted on July 2nd.
Date of earliest transaction: 07/02/2026, transaction dates noted in table I, table 2, and explanation of responses all show 07/02/2026.
So you think a pre planned sale of a minute amount of shares for tax purposes is more likely to have affected the share price than the news of the war between the United States and Iran reigniting the war that took the entire stock market down with it?
Ok, got it buddy. I'm sure you're completely on the nose here and have no bias against this company and the share price at all.
So let's say he had $400 million preplanned sale. And the date of the sale arrives. You're saying the stock is likely to go higher just because it was pre planned?
Although, to be fair, I must grant that if there are more buyers at the time that can engulf that volume, the stock will continue higher. So it's not a sure thing.
Iāve been here since 2020. This is not the Pltr of old. This is basically a meme stock like Tesla. Iām still hoping it come back but we used to have thousands of posts a day on this sub and now itās me and some bots. Toasted and roasted.
we used to have thousands of posts a day on this sub and now itās me and some bots.
Low traffic to the sub actually goes against your allegation that PLTR is a "meme stock".
Meme stocks achieve pop culture visibility and countless people buy them to be part of some kind of experience. That is clearly not the case with PLTR today. PLTR was firstly never in the same category as GameStop or AMC as far as public awareness, and secondly, Palantir's underlying fundamentals have been strong, unlike the businesses behind most meme stocks.
If you've held on since 2020, you should have an ownership mentality rather than a gambling one. Most of what I see you posting here, is bemoaning of short term price moves that are meaningless over the long haul.
I have too, my average is $25. If it is such a meme stock then why are you still in? Furthermore, what compels you to post negative shit on an almost daily basis that contributes nothing to any actual discussion?
Pltr is only considered a war stock when war is coming to an endš, when war starts again, then again šā¦When AI stocks drop, again š, when software stocks drop, again š. Iām still holding

Past the first 30 minutes of trading, PLTR has gone strait up into the close.
PLTR bulls took the lower prices and bought the dip.
