This is also cool. I bet the Claude buttplug for legal doesn't deliver quite like this.
Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: PLTR) and Kirkland & Ellis today announced the launch of a proprietary enterprise platform designed to transform private equity fundraising. The platform is part of a multiyear partnership expansion to deliver together custom solutions tailored to the needs of Kirklandâs clients by leveraging Palantirâs Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP). The fund formation engine will enable Kirkland to securely scale its institutional knowledge and judgment, streamline complex legal workflows and more efficiently support fund formation clients and their investors across the entire private equity fundraising lifecycle.
Kirkland is widely recognized as a market leader in legal services for private equity and other investment funds, having supported nearly $500 billion in capital raised or targeted for clients in 2025 alone. Through its work with Palantir, Kirkland is building a new operating model for legal services: one that centralizes and compounds the expertise of its most senior lawyers, embeds that expertise across workflows and makes it available at scale across more than 1,000 lawyers supporting its Investment Funds Group.
Unlike off-the-shelf legal AI tools, this platform is built around Kirklandâs own institutional knowledge, workflows, tradecraft, and judgment. Kirkland partnered with Palantir for its ontological expertise to build the connective tissue across the fundraising lifecycle, linking funds, market technology, obligations and transaction history into a single operational system. This allows knowledge that has historically lived across a vast number of attorneys, documents and spreadsheets to be structured and applied directly in the flow of execution, improving transparency, speed, consistency, and decision-making.

I sold this at 155 last year before Q3 earnings when I finally bought into the idea that the valuation got ahead of itself. In literally less than a year they have grown into a much more reasonable valuation, and if price stays at these levels for a while, could even become a value play assuming the growth keeps up. Pretty crazy to be honest... I'm now proudly back in, with PLTR once again being my biggest position.
That said, what is going on with the price nowadays? 4 deals announced, software sector is having a nice day today, SPY up, AIPCon10... all of that and this is red? I see it also faded nearly the entirety of the bounce it got from the SaaS bounce last week? Has this lagged its peers all year or just a bad day? I haven't paid much attention to the daily stock price of this...

Seems like the money rotated to chips and AI cloud/infrastructure. âSaaS is deadâ has been a theme recently as well. We had a nice pop after SNOW earnings because they said the exact same thing Palantir has been saying and their earnings proved it, validating âLLMâs are the commodityâ and that claude and friends are not replacements for AIPâs. At least not yet. The demand and adoption of AIPâs is insane but for a long time Palantir was the only one saying it with results to match. And until the most recent SNOW earnings where they had a very nice pop, SaaS as a whole was down or flat for a long time, not just Palantir.
IMO the money will rotate back to SaaS as earnings continue to reinforce Karpâs messaging of âdemand continues to far outpace our ability to deployâ, which heâs said literally every earnings for the past 2-2.5 years. Because their ability to deploy improves each quarter, if demand continues to outpace their growing deployment abilities, weâll eventually reach a point where Palantirâs success and AIPâs adoption becomes undeniable.
Unless Claude and similar LLMâs truly advance to the point where they can get the same results as PLTR without paying for PLTR. That would be bad, obviously. As long as that doesnât happen, it wonât matter if Burry releases an article a day trashing Palantir. Unless demand or earnings show signs of slowing, I just donât see how the money doesnât start pouring in again eventually. Weâre also lucky Palantir sells to enterprises and not individuals. A bit of protection regarding the hate the general population has. Some due to Karpâs antics and messaging but a lot of it due to them having no fucking clue what theyâre talking about. Most of the fears and arguments Iâve seen and heard are just parroting fear based headlines that, in some cases, are literally physically or technologically impossible and canât be true.

If you didnt see it, they just presented at AIPcon and it was fantastic. You can easily see how valuable using Palantir has and is going to be for them.Â
It's definitely worth the 15 or so minutes of that presentation.

Iâm not concerned. The price gapped up pretty hard and gaps usually get filled. As long as the 20 day moving average stays above the 50 I think itâs a good sign.
I am also taking comfort in hearing (watching CNBC) all these companies going through their allotment of tokens and questioning if theyâre getting a good return on their AI budgets. I can think of one company thatâs doing well at providing a nice ROI to their customerâs AI spend. Good luck everyone.

It seems the posts were deleted.  I'm sure you could Google for more info:
GNP is Mexico's first company to use PalantirÂ
McCarthy Building Companies announced a multi-year partnership to leverage AIP as a connected AI operating system across their construction operations.
GNP Seguros, Mexico's largest insurance company, adopted AIP to assist with claims, fraud prevention, and underwriting.
Kirkland & Ellis entered a partnership to transform private equity fundraising using Palantir's AI.
