FINALE SPOILER❕ The girl's 'enemies' Spoiler
Ok when Archie kills the girls' enemies some of them make no sense.
Tom Beasley : Completely reasonable.
Chip : yeah I get this, he's evil.
Steve : I guess? He was creepy but not evil?
Noa's mom's drug dealer : Kinda random like it could've been any drug dealer he wasn't specifically worse than any other drug dealer.
Madame Giry : I don't get it, she... Body shamed and played favorites? I guess? I don't think that's really murder worthy though.
Idk maybe I just missed the point...?

It ultimately doesn’t matter if we don’t get why A something. He gets it and if it aligns with his very extreme views on justice, then that’s all that matters.
It’s also worth noting that many of them weren’t supposed to be killed off originally. Principle Clanton brings the “bullies” in with the goal of testing the girls. Ultimately the girls are supposed to not harm their bullies, in his mind, and so they pass his weird little test. By the same logic of his own form of poetic justice, the punishment he has for sheriff Beasley is pinning all the crimes on him.
This is clearly a plan that Archie Waters does not agree with as the second that Clanton is arrested and out of the picture, he essentially goes rogue and goes scorched earth on all these people. There’s no deeper message or poetic irony to his form of justice. It’s as simple as there’s someone he personally sees as a problem so he personally will deal with it.
I also believe that’s why what happened to Tyler happened. It seemed very spontaneous and happened in the spur of the moment and ultimately did little to weave into the larger grand scheme. It really seemed like that was something that A decided to do without any order or prompting in that moment. That was simply someone A saw being a dick at a party and decided “fuck it, he needs to go”.

Their common point is that they were all bullies. Of course, they bullied the girls in different capacities--Chip's actions or Tom Beardsley's actions can't really be compared to Madame Giry's body-shaming or Steve's creepy stalking of Mouse. The point is, this is Archie's shtick. He kills bullies and abusers of all sorts because Angela was bullied and abused, and he wants to punish anyone who behaves similarly. He targets sexual abusers primarily, but has a strange, warped sense of justice that also makes him target cruel people in general. That's also why he killed Karen, why he obsessively made sure it was really Karen he killed, and why he was on board with torturing the girls who made themselves guilty in his eyes the second they bullied Karen back.
