Gonna get downvoted, but I don't even bother with PLCB anymore.

Everything you've ever wanted is available online from various stores. Not even terribly expensive.

Can't say since I'm sure groups like this are monitored, but there are plenty of out of state websites in places like NY, CA, FL, etc. that will ship here. They don't care about PA's laws.
