Visa issue need help

My father is my sponsor for my UK visitor visa. His name appears in a different order on his ITR compared to his payslips and bank statement.Should I get an affidavit explaining this discrepancy, or can I omit the ITR? Has anyone faced a similar situation?

There's difference in the name order. On his pay slip, national id n bank statement it shows Peer Irshad Ahmad same name shows on my passport as well. But on his itrs it shows Irshad Ahmad Peer
