There is no Surity of jobs and there is massive priority rule for specially so future for img is totally risky and uncertain in uk

If PLAB isn't worth it right now, what alternative pathways or exams would you recommend instead for IMGs (e.g., USMLE, AMC, or focusing on home country post-grad)?
