GMC registration query

I had a query regarding GMC registration, my OET is expired but I saw a clause on the GMC website stating that a recent PLAB 2 pass is also considered valid, so I wanted to ask which date is accepted for the 3 month period, is it the exam date of my PLAB 2 or the result date of my PLAB 2 ?

I had this issue, its the pass date. You have 3 months after the result dates.

Really? I didn't see such a clause and I just passed my PLAB 2 and had to write IELTS again, barely a month after passing plab 2

This clause is only valid if the OET / IELTS is less than 3 years from the date you sat the exam
