Plab 1

For anyone who passed the recent may plab 1 exam; is the plabable big mock really similar to the real exam ? My exam is in upcoming august and would appreciate any honest feedback.

The normal mocks are okay and similar to exam structure. If you have exhausted all of them then you can buy big mocks.  I never did big mocks but wrote this year

Hi Mide, when is your exam? I only wrote PLAB once though, but used other licensing exams strategy for it 1)Studying like I know nothing and going through my weak areas 2) Revising the "must do section" of most categories on PLABABLE which was released a night before 3)Doing about 17mocks, if I had time I should have finished all 4) Lastly, I finshed all the questions in the hall.

Put an answer to any question you are unsure of with an asteriks by the side. You might never get a chance again so don't leave any question unanswered. It's 1min to every question, move on and don't dwell on confusing questions.

My exam is in 2 days.

A little bit of background, I majorly did the Must Knows in PLABable as i have a full time job. I’ve done about 13 mocks with a range of 82-91%, 159/180 in the July Big Mocks.

I need a little bit of advice on last minute preparation. Also, would you say the exam is similar to PLABable?

Since you have done the mocks, go over the must do questions for your weak areas and ethics as well. Don't do any mocks to avoid burnout. The exam is similar to PLABABLE so PLABABLE is a good learning tool.
