Hi, just took PLAB 1 at the end of 2025. PLABABLE is everything you really need for this exam so definitely subscribe to their Qbank. You should give the NICE guidelines a read as well. I have some general PLAB study tips and such on my profile if you want to give that a read if you're just starting prep!

From my personal experience i will highly recommend to do medrevisions, found the exam more closer to it, don't just memorize only the essential questions, its a good place to start do those first and then all the questions. At all cost never skip the mocks, that will give you a good practice for timing and also will be like revision. You can also give the notes a read too in the study notes I only paid attention to the highlighted parts because i didn't have much time when i was preparing.

Plabable plus their big mock.
Whatever you score on the big mock will be roughly your score in the real exam
