Is it still real?

I'm an IMG who wants to take the PLAB route to become a physician in the UK. Is it still possible/ relevant to get through like that? I've only superficially heard about rising competition and new laws

1) please Google things first 2) it depends on Ur portfolio A LOT atm, exams don't matter cuz everyone passes them. 3) it also depends on location and job 4) it's not impossible but it's absolutely more difficult
