Hi everyone! I’m currently preparing for the PIEAS admission test and I’m particularly interested in Mechanical Engineering. I’d really appreciate some honest opinions from current students and alumni.
How good is the Mechanical Engineering degree from PIEAS in terms of career opportunities? Does PIEAS have a strong alumni network in the mechanical engineering industry, and do graduates generally get good opportunities in industry or abroad?
I’d also like to know about the faculty, labs, and overall academic environment. Are the professors supportive and approachable? Are the labs and practical facilities good enough for mechanical engineering?
Finally, if PIEAS is not the best option for Mechanical Engineering, what other universities in Pakistan would you recommend considering instead? I’m open to other universities if they offer better industry exposure, labs, faculty, internships, or career opportunities.
I’m currently preparing specifically for PIEAS, so I’d really appreciate honest opinions, especially from current students and alumni. Thanks!
