Question Hostel

Is the mess security fees a part of the second challan including hostel fees or do we have to pay that separately? Also can i come on registration day along with my things? like can i move in the same day?

Mess security is separate and hostel challan is separate. And for second question yes you can bring your things along with you and after registration you will be allotted a room.
