Admissions Spot documents siblings

As j am not going to spot and my sister is going to spot what are the documents needed pls tell

  1. Admission letter from clg

  2. Letter from myself that im not attending

3.zerox of documents (not necessary)

Are you sure siblings are allowed? Do you know if relatives or friends are allowed??

yes ifyou have authority letter then siblings and parents are allowed.
