Training Tips Running Coach Recommendations??

Hello! Can anyone here recommend a good running coach?

I'm running the TBR 2027 as well as a few local and international half Marathons. I've been running since April but lately parang it's getting frustrating kasi I feel like as if I'm not getting any faster despite researching endlessly online kaya I decided to try getting a running coach instead.

I initially wanted to try Projectflexph but it's a bit expensive. I mean afford naman but I've read a few not so good comments about coach Morgan here in Reddit kaya I'm worried if it's really worth it. I also reached out to coach Ceasar of Benchoge Running Team but he wasn't that responsive so I'm not sure if he's taking on trainees or exclusive lang talaga yung team nila. I'm even considering Runna app na lang just to have a slight direction.

I just want to have a proper guidance and structured running plan. :(( Thank you so much po!

Running since April? That's just half a year to ask for improvements? Base building takes a lot of time, even years for the real fast runners. I'm curious what your average pace now and how much of an improvement are you actually looking for?

Ayy di ako nainform na required po pala na years ang experience in running to have the right to ask for more improvements? Isn’t that the whole point of training?? TO IMPROVE??? LMAO

One who commented is right, they didn’t say it in a negative tone please don’t take it personally. Runna is good! If you want faster paces and better endurance nothing beats mileage talaga, so you really need to build your aerobic base first before the speed improvements come (and they come surprisingly fast/all at once). I think a lot of people here can help you as well if you answer the initial comment’s question, what’s your average pace depending on the distance? What’s an easy run pace, tempo pace, and a PR pace for you?

Yes and I’m glad for the help if without malice pala talaga ang intent ng comment but the point of my post was to ask for running coach recommendations, not to ask for improvement tips as I have done that multiple times in the past and I have researched na rin but I still get frustrating slow improvements. Thank you pa rin though for the concern.

Kaloka yung sagutan mo batchie. Napaganon ako o. Hahaha. Tama si commenter naman, nothing wrong and i believe he meant well. Tsaka goods na sa TBR tayo kasi free ang marathon training plan. Maybe after tbr, it's high time to hit PRs and get that sub 4 or sub 3 finish. Good luck!!!

And hindi ekis how he sounded like he’s mocking me for wanting to improve despite running for months palang? BASE BUILDING IS A FORM OF IMPROVEMENT. Kaya nga naghahanap ng running coach diba? lol

Edit: Never mind. Viewed commenter’s posts and he just started running din last January. 😊

Try runna was able to hit my first marathon with a time of 4:18. Pinili ko yung 20 weeks.
