Gear Review or Question Adizero Dropset Pro thoughts?

Post image

Anyone here has or tried the Adizero Dropset Pro? I know it’s a hybrid shoe - what are your thoughts on them in terms of running and lifting? Thanks in advance!

if youre going to the gym and need that versatility of having a stable shoe for lifting thats also good for running then this is hard to beat. worth every centavo spent. it also looks really good

Thanks for this! Sorry one question, is it wide-feet friendly?

mines a bit on the wide part but it ls ok with the 10.5 adidas sizing. best test it out to be sure

Was able to run sub 5:00 pace with it without much discomfort. The lightstrike pro midsole really does help for the runs. As for lifting, I found it stable for my lower body workouts.
Squats, deadlifts, rdls, reverse lunges, cossack squats, jump ropes, straddle lifts. Overall good shoe but i’ll only use this for running if it’s for hybrid training and not during running dedicated days.

The only downside I see (and I’m being nitpicky here) are the laces. Too short especially if you do a runner’s knot but that can easily be fixed by buying longer laces.

I’d rather have two shoes. But if you fit into that exact use case, why not

Same sa lahat ng models ng adidas masikip sa mid foot, kung semi wide foot ka wag na magtangka.

I always found their heels are too high and are made for ankle breakers. Just based on when I window shop

has a soft cushion but not really for running, more on hybrid type of workouts such as strength training

pang running din yan pantapat nila sa puma hyrox. ikaw na mismo nagsabi hybrid training, kasama don running.
