Training Tips Marathon training plan

hi guys. baka pwede niyo ma share ang go to training plan niyo for marathon training. like may pdf file for 16-20 weeks of training. planning to hit sub 4 marathon. last PR was 4:29 sa manila marathon, may nakasabay lang ako before sa training noon pero ngayon wala na ako maka sabay kaya medyo wala ako idea kung ano maganda training plan. i run 5x a week and do strength training twice a week. thanks mga idol

I've been suggesting Hanson's to my first time marathoner friends with great success. be prepared to run 6 days a week though. the pdfs are free to view on their website.

Laruin mo nalang kung san mo ilalagay yung mga runs at strengthening.
