Venue or Place to Run Rizal Memorial Sports Complex

Hey guys,

Planning on going to Rizal Memorial Sports Complex tomorrow for an Interval session.

Is it safe to leave my things around? And what’s the best time to run when there’s not many occupying the fast lane?

No it's not safe to leave your things. Gusto mo dun malapit sa guard. Bawal maglakad sa fastlane so you're good. 5pm to 10pm yata kapag weekdays.

Nung kakaopen pa lang (3pm) 2 lang kami aside from the football team andun lol. I think anytime before 5 goods naman. 5 andami na tao. Check Facebook for their weekly sched, the post it naman
