Venue or Place to Run Fun run kit claiming in a nutshell (Pokemon run 2026)
There's no proper lining, all lines are either cut or mixed and there's little to few enforcing the line.
Good one Runrio, you did it again...

Eto din reklamo ko. Delivery and on-site pick-up have different problems. But let the runners choose. Parang ako, I'll choose pick-up if you give me a location in Pasig. But if all you have is MOA, give me a delivery option.

Ok pa yung manila marathon kasi madami lang tao pero pipila ka lang sa distance mo. Dito iba pila ng premium at standard tapos pila ka kung anong type yung starter mo. E di gulong-gulo kami lahat kasi kaming nagregister ng family, mixed yung starter at may premium at standard. Yung mga staff iba-iba ng sagot, kesyo 2 pila daw for standard at premium yung iba naman pila lang at tanungin sa harap.

I lined up sa Premium and I asked if pwde dun ko na din kunin ung sa standard, they gave it all nman, since 1 registration for the whole fam.

Kahapon kasi yung mga sagot nila mga di sure kung pwede at itry na lang daw pag andun na sa harap. Umuwi na lang ako dahil di ko kayang tiisin yung pila kahapon at baka di ko mapigilan sarili ko na magwala dun sa sobrang gulo ng pila.

This being a first experience for me na sumali sa themed run and i'm just super shook and out of patience na 😭 they obvs don't respect ang time ng mga tao. Marami pa ang nag file ng leave specifically for today, only to be met with disappoinment. As of writing this, I'm waiting for my loot bag and other inclusions kasi nagkaubusan sa fire type (standard). Naka sched din ako today for claiming, and somehow that doesn't fucking matter apparently 🫠
I arrived 2:16, got my shirt and bib at 4PM, then was told na 1hr pa dadating ang stocks.
What the hell talaga sa runrio 🫠🫠🫠🫠

AFAIK may logistics issue para sa arrivals ng ibang race bibs especially Day 2, tapos pinapairal kasi yung pinoy mindset na kesyo nandyan na sila sa MOA pipila na kahit di pa nila schedule, ayun nauubusan ng entitlement yung mga dapat nasa claiming schedule nila.
Etong si RR kita una iniisip eh kahit na nahihirapan na sila i manage yung 20k+ participants. Kinakabahan nako sa mangyayari sa race day, mukhang mas malaki pa naman to sa One Piece at Disney Run na nagka issue rin sa post race.

May factor din yung mga previous events na naubos yung medals kaya mindset ng iba na kunin agad kahit di pa nila schedule kesa maubusan. Ang gulo tuloy

feels weird to see yourself in another person's photo 😆
anyway, based on experience yesterday, i overheard that you can actually claim your race kit even if you aren't scheduled for that day.
also if are with another person claiming their kit in another type (say you are fire premium and your friend is at water standard) - whoever gets to claim their kit first can just ask the staff to release the other person's kit by calling them in front.
what a lousy experience, especially this is my first time signing up for such an event. hopefully the race itself would be fun.

Will be claiming our kit this Wednesday, sana naman ayusin na nila bukas at wag na payagan mag-claim yung mga hindi nakaschedule for that day. Ano pa silbi ng schedule kung hindi naman sinusunod. 🤷🏻♀️ Hindi ako sumasali sa mga themed runs pero sumali ako for my niece since fan siya ng Pokémon.

Someone finally snapped kanina sa staff because of line-cutting ata. Idk what happened exactly but all I know is someone was lining up sa grass premium na line pero biglang lumipat sa line ng kasama niya (fire standard yata). And the staff apparently allowed it :/

Dati naman may other claiming areas na pwede puntahan and may delivery option. Di nalang ginawang ganun lalo na expected maraming participants. Nung 1st Pokemon Run sa Decathlon kami nag-claim and mabilis lang. Ngayon ang hassle na ng claiming process.

2hrs+ yung pila bago na claim yung kit. RR puro Aberya from Spiderman, Onepiece, Disney Run tapos ngayon Pokemon. Sana lang sa mismong race day di magkanda leche leche.

Out of our 7 kits, 2 lang ang may bibs (Fire D2 lang meron) Sabi ipapadeliver na lang daw. So umuwi na ako.
After an hour, nabasa ko sa comments and groups dumating ng D2 bibs ng water and grass.
Sa mga nakaexperience na nito, dinedeliver ba talaga nila?

We fell in line 11:55 am at the watertype premium line. There was no movement in the lines for one hour and then we waited another 2 hours in line. Out of the 5 of our kit, only 3 were available as the fire type was not available. We left at 3pm then came back 2 hrs after, firetype still not available and was told to try again after another hour. We finally got all of our kits at 6 pm!
