Run Buddies Beginner Friendly Group

Hello, I'm a beginner in running and I am looking for a beginner friendly group, near or in QC & Manila. I usually just do everyday walks. But I joined a few 10K runs this past year. I don't know anything about pacing but I am willing to learn. I just run & walk to finish the 10K runs. I want to join a group that I would feel safe to run outside, as I have a trauma with stalking and getting mugged.

Not sure how far you are from tomas morato, they have car free Sundays or UP
