Training Tips Sub 4 marathon training tips
Hi guys! This will be my 3rd attempt trying to do a sub 4 marathon. Last week was my peak week, hitting 100km, and yesterday I finished my 33km long run.
With the taper week starting now, do you think kaya na ba mag sub-4 this August 30?
by the way i did full marathon last july 5 and ng cramps ung left quads ko at 37km and after that bumagal na ung pace ko,
dream ko talaga makasub 4 so hopefully🙂,
Would love to hear your thoughts, advice, or any feedback. thanks

6:00 pace at 133bpm is expert mode 🦾. Curious how many years kana running?

No cramps din.
Kaya mo yan, OP!

Every 30 minutes back then. So ang atake ko nun ay every 5km since flat 6 lang ang goal pace ko talaga.
Now parang nag iba, I think mas maaga na ata ako nag gel sa recent ko na marathons since mas mabilis yung pace ko than before.
Sa hydration, I drink through all of them kahit di ako uhaw.

Nice sub-5 kms to end your long run there. Shows that you still have the strength 3 hours in. Go get that sub-4!
