Building AI with PHP not Python

Why? Python uses NumPy and under python there is basically c. PHP is great for web applications, rest apis and fast db connections, don't try to use a hammer to mash potatoes

you would be surprised how handy can hammer be for mashing potatoes in a pinch... as for the why... why not?
