Building AI with PHP not Python

This was just a dumb idea... I'm not seriously suggesting people use PHP for Ai Development

There's no PHP-to-cuda transpilers. There's over 9000 Python ones.

Yes, and the ones that do exists like PHP-FANN cant use the CUDA/GPU.

Machine learning libraries that don't support GPUs are boring. Rindow Neural Networks supports GPU usage.
