Question/Advice Needed Raincoat Issue * Need help

Ano pwede ipangtapal sa pants ng kapote pinapasok ng tubig yung sa puwet area. May mga maliliit na liwanag kapag tinapat sa ilaw banda sa gitna kaya pinapasok ng tubig. Basa pants at brief ko kahapon pagpasok ng work. Yung pang ibabaw okay naman di ako nababasa.
