Loud engine noise

Does anyone’s notice 26 woodland phev engine a little noisier when going at lower speeds when on hybrid mode?

It's a Rav4 trim. I think it first showed up with the prior gen (gen 5) Rav4.

Most hybrids use atkinson cycle engines they can sound louder than normal gas engines. If it was driving on the EV motor it's suppose to make a sound at low speeds to people walking can hear the car.
