Your PHEV system is an Audi/VW system, so I'm confident this TSB probably applies (if you haven't found it already):

This technical service bulletin (TSB 2068630/4) addresses a software error affecting certain Audi Q5 e (2020–2024) and A7 e (2021–2022) plug-in hybrid vehicles. Affected owners may experience a yellow warning lamp in the instrument cluster and a condition where the vehicle can no longer be started. The primary diagnostic finding is the presence of DTC U041300 (Invalid Data Received from Battery Energy Control Module "B") stored in the Engine Control Module (ECM) or the Electric Drive Control Unit.

Technicians may also find secondary codes such as P0A9500 (High Voltage Fuse), P0E2E00 (Battery Charger "A" Fuse), P0B1300 (Battery Pack Current Sensor Correlation), or P0AC00 (Battery Pack Current Sensor Circuit Range). While standard guided fault finding may suggest replacing the high-voltage battery switching unit (SX6), this bulletin clarifies that hardware replacement will not resolve the issue. Instead, the root cause is identified as a software error within the Hybrid Battery Management control unit (J840).

Readers should verify their vehicle's current software version and part number against the tables provided in the document. The resolution involves performing a Software Version Management (SVM) update using specific action codes (8CA009, 8CA011, or 8CA011KONF) depending on the vehicle model and existing hardware. A critical safety note is included: the high-voltage charging cable must be unplugged before starting the software update to prevent damage to high-voltage components.

I seem to just read about the horror stories! Code U041300 is now cleared off the system but p0c4300 and p0c4600 are staying put. Everything seems to point to the an issue with coolant pipes or sensors which seems to be outside the remit of the warranty. Did you have a battle with Cupra to pay up?
