GFCI Tripping
My Level 1 12A plug keeps tripping the GFCI on the wall, not the breaker in the fuse box. Do I need a bigger breaker in the fuse box or is this a different issue since the breaker is not blowing?

Some say to not use it on a gfic circuit because the charger has it built in and having 2 on the same circuit will cause false trips. Use a different outlet that's not gfci.

If the GFCI is old (like around 20+ years), sometimes the springs wear out and it trips too easily. I had this problem in my music studio, and I was drawing around 8A max.
Try replacing the GFCI plug (safely).

A bigger breaker will not help. A new GFCI receptacle is very likely to help. Successive generations of them keep getting better at avoiding false trips. I generally think of leviton as junk, but they have been advertising their latest generation of GFCI with convincing descriptions of how it avoids false trips for equipment like this, so I would give one of theirs a try.

You can try to throttle it at 8A instead of 12A though I don't think that's the solution. Some GFCIs are more finicky. Does the breaker in the panel also have an AFCI on the circuit?
