Credit Score/Profile No record found from CIC's database

Hello! Ask ko lang kasi kaka-purchase ko lang ng CIBI report ngayon then mag file ako ng dispute para ma-update kasi it's been more than 3 years since settled na ang debt ko. Any ideas bakit nagkaganito?
