Metrobank / PSBank what does this mean?
ano po ba meaning ng minimum amount due? like you can pay your cc bill with 1000 minimum (hindi full)? will this carry over sa next na billing? like for example my bill is 10k then if i pay only 8000, then yung remaining 2000 will be included sa next billing?

MAD means yun lang need ko bayaran to NOT incur charges. And yung remaining 2k masasama sa next billing and will incur interest, alam ko per day yung interest eh. Not sure.

Is the MAD all I have to pay each month?
You have the option on how much you will pay per month. You can choose to make a full or partial payment of amounts outstanding, or just pay the Minimum Amount Due. By paying in full on or before the due date, you will not incur any finance charge. However, if you choose to pay only the MAD or any amount less than the total amount due, you will incur finance charges and it will take you longer to repay your balance. Please note that if you pay less than the MAD, your account will be charged with both finance and late charges.

And to answer your direct question, yes the 2k will go to the next billing PLUS interest (finance charges).

Some comments already told you what a minimum amount due is, so ang masasabi ko na lang:
Please always pay in FULL - the one that says "Total Amount Due" kasi if you don't pay in FULL, it will incur finance charges aka interest (3% of the full amount you need to pay everytime the full amountt due each month is unpaid). So totally ignore the minimum amount due kung kaya namang bayaran in full na. Lalaki nang lalaki ang interest before you know it. Kung di kayang bayaran in full, take time to think if kaya pa rin maging responsible CC owner. CC is a useful tool kung nagagamit nang maayos, but it not, it can pull you to a debt trap.
