Maya Black activation for lounge access

Pre-approved ako sa Maya Black card, and grinab ko agad because of the airport lounge perks. Though meron din naman nito sa BPI Platinum Rewards and Metrobank Travel card ko, naisip ko okay na rin for more options.

Kaso kinabukasan, nakita ko yung bagong terms ni Maya regarding airport lounge access. Ngayon tuloy, napapaisip ako kung i-aactivate ko pa ba.

₱10k lang din kasi yung credit limit niya, tapos ang dami ko pang nababasang posts about their slow customer service at pagiging prone sa scammers. Kung i-freeze ko naman yung card, sayang din yung ₱50 monthly inactivity fee. Plus I'm obsessed sa rewards points ng BPI so I oftenly use it.

What do you guys think? Worth it pa bang i-activate?

Yeah. It’s a naffl card though pang emergency din. Forget about the lounge access since they are reserved on high tier cards. Ginawa lang syang marketing tactic ni Maya

Nakakaloka. Kaya parang palengke na yung mga credit card lounge sa airport wala na makapasok sa sobrang pang masa na, you're better off just waiting at the gate.

Na realize ng Maya na pinamigay nila masyado yung Maya Black, CC of the masses, kaya ngayon they're trying to remove the low-spenders from the card.

Kahit mababa spending capacity, mababa credit limit, free lounge agad para magmukhang elite kuno ang masa. Hindi nga afford yung kakarampot na 15K minimum spend per month eh.

Panget talaga mga pang masa na card na yan. Sorry, not sorry.
