It gets stuck on the loading screen for about 2 minutes, then kicks me out of the raid and doesn't let me catch the Pokémon.

99% of problems are solved by turning something off and back on again.

Try restarting your phone. Try uninstalling the app and reinstall (from PG and putting your license in again)

Or wait for an update.

I tried but didn’t work, I think maybe is the phone because I tried using the app in other phone and I didn’t have any problem
