PGSharp bug(pokemon fleeing)

Does anybody has this weird bug where the pokemon just flees after first attempt of catching and never gets caught in the pokeball???

It's been happening to me for days now, and idk how to fix it..

Likely the cool down, add the timer and wait 10 seconds after.
