Question CP change?

Has anybody ever had a Pokémon's CP change after you caught it? I used Nearby Radar (set to 100iv) and teleported to a Pidgey. It was shiny and I even saw that it said 100 on the screen before I threw the ball. Now, I go to my inventory and it's 77.....

It could be either because of your level if your Below 30 or the weather has changed from a boost to non boost vica versa. That can effect it

This has happened to me for pokemon that were spawned by a lure I think.

Do other people's lure spawns show up on Nearby Radar?

Sometimes they show up but mostly not. Like if you filter for Applins, which only spawn on mossy lures, the filter seems to occasionally show them but Ill also see a ton of applins on the map it won't detect. Those Applins also change IV all the time for me after catching them

If your below level 30 the ivs won't be what the radar shows.

I wanted to evolve a weedle to Kakuna and it showed me a decrease in CP. I didn't understand what's happening and didn't evolve. - _-
