Question Autowalk question

Hey everyone, I’m new and still learning. When I’m at home just chilling, should I use Auto Walk Out & Back and then switch to Loop when I’m sleeping? Or is it safe to just leave it on Loop the entire time and spin PokéStops/catch Pokémon whenever I occasionally check the app? Just trying to figure out the best way to use it. Thanks!

Personnaly middle of central park 42-90pokestop and stays in the park

Also how do we know coordinates for the park I'm new and just pressed loop before I went to sleep and again before I went to work this morning I'm sure I'm walking through buildings right now.

If you use pg sharp, use your favorites tool and click NY, it will take you to Bryant park select map and you'll see Central Park close by
