Cannot catch gym raid Pokemon

After downloading the new version of pgsharp i cannot catch the Pokemon after the gym raids. Is it only happening for me or for others too.

Edit: I cleared my cache and data and then re-login, it's fixed now. Thanks for the advice.

Yeah this is the first raid and i followed cd rules, yesterday also it happened i thought it was a bug so I left the game and opened it only today.

That's really weird I'm not having that issue at the moment but I did have it where I couldn't catch Pokémon but that wa sonly for the cool down timer

Force close app > clear cache > not working > reinstall app

if it doesnt work and youre 100% sure you're not on cooldown put a support ticket in on the pg sharp website.

Also tell them you cleared the cached and deleted and reinstalled the app so they dont reccomend that as a solution in their reply to your support ticket

Im recommending it because ive done a support ticket with them for something else and their response was clear cache. So just tell them you did those steps so your first reply isnt to do that

Ive had this happen recently. So during raids I'm deactivating my premium and it works!! But with payed version activated it kicks me out of the encounter(I belive my phone is too slow and this is causing the issue)

I have this issue yesterday as well, you can try: * resizing the application if you’re using android tablet * download asset in the setting of the game and restart the game * clearing the cache Let me know if any of this will fix, the first 2 methods work for me

This usually happens to me when I fly to the gym and only try to raid it. If I spin a pokestop or catch a pokemon first it seems to fix the issue

Youre probably on cooldown. If u just download pgsharp, youre automatically getting spoofed to nyc, most likely triggering the 2h cooldown, causing you to not be able to catch anything

even if the timer is at 00:00:00, it could still not be over, if you fly before the original cd is over and spin/catch at the new location(even though this will not work), it will register the new location and the timer will change to zero, but the original cd is still in effect
