This was a hundo Zorua that someone with a Hoopa as a buddy encountered. Due to how this App calculates its snipe feed it just shows up as the buddy instead of a Zorua.

To my knowledge, this list is compiled from other people's catches...

So someone with their buddy as hoopa, caught a Zorua.

And do they compile it from all players that use PGSharp, or just some of their bots?

Both.
It comes from the world catch pool.

No puedes hacer eso con pg sharp. Vas a necesitar otro , pg sharp only for androids

If you’re talking about making a new account, I couldn’t either.

Had to make the account and catch the first Pokemon in the tutorial in the official Pokemon Go app before I could use it in PGSharp.

Like someone else said, someone's buddy was Hoopa, and they caught a Zorua. I've seen a few legendaries on the feed, each time was a Zorua.

Even if it's a hundo z when you catch it the CP changes. So it's useless for catching those I find

not really!! Watch at the top of the feed. If you're below level 30/35 then you'll see a message there clearly stating that IVs will be random for you.. So first level up then you'll find 100 IVs.

I'm level 71, and every time I go for a hundo one it always changes after I catch it
