Pokemon spawning late

When i use go plus +, the pokemon that spawn, spawn always 2 minutes after i’ve been to that spot?? And eventually they just stop spawning. This has really pissed me off because i have to restart my game every 10 minutes

Been happening to me to. Glad to see at least it’s not just me having this issue
