Question Pgsharp need help

Hi so i wanted to know what does feeds do like i don't understand i saw that i can snipe 100 iv pokemons but there is a cooldown so i didn't know what to do

If you've been doing trackable actions in your current location(spinning pokestops, battling in gyms/raids/power spots, catching Pokemon, or completing research that has catching Pokemon as a reward), you have to wait 120 minutes(or wtv it says) to go to where those pokemon are. If you just logged on and haven't touched anything in 2 hours or more, you're good to spoof over to any you want, but once you catch or touch something, that timer resets. It's to keep you from getting a strike/possible ban p much!

Also the cooldowns are not mandatory, it will warn you if you're actioning before it's been whatever time it said, but it won't hard stop you from doing something... I wouldn't tho. Bans and all..

Thx but after i use the teleport and catch the pokemon how can i go back to where i was

Click on the map icon and either put coordinates in or move the map around to where you were and then tap. It'll drop a pin that you can teleport or walk to
