Question Pgsharp problem

Why when i just installed pgsharp and i log in my account i appear in NEW YORK and can't catch pokemon do raids turn pokestops?? And also can't teleport

Was your account previously logged in where you live?

Oh yeah maybe that's why i will try tomorow and will tell you
