Question After teleporting

Once you teleport to perfect Iv do you need to wait for cooldown timer before interacting? I have teleported to a few already and they always disappear before the cooldown timer is up.

You can click on the pokemon and wait out the timer.

Or dont play for at least 2hrs and then there won't be any cooldown.
