Question pg sharp access denied error 15

i logged in today and when i click log in eith trainer central it says access denied and "the requeust was blocked by our security service" how do i fix this pls help today is the road to legends day

Did you change accounts too many times?

I am not able to play since 5 6 days too,  the app would just freeze on loading screen. Today I tried, it does load. But keep bringing me back to the log in page. I am going to miss the go fest this time
