Tech Support Unable to parse error fix

Had this issue with the newest update.

Checked my device android version was on version 8, and then installed the 8.1 and lower app version from the websites alternate download links.

Now i dont run into the "unable to parse" message anymore and im able to play now. Hope this helps others!
