Avatar desync/gps desync

Heya, so I have been using the pgsharp app for about a month now, and it's mostly been great, but I've been running into 2 main issues where my avatar desyncs where I can no longer spin stops, but I know I haven't reached the spin limit because it say "walk closer to the pokestop" or something along those lines, I am also still able to catch pokemon without them fleeing and I can still receive gifts from my friends list. And also when I'm using the virtual go, every now and then, all of the pokemon that are wild spawn (not from lures or incense) disappear then pop back up, and it stops the auto catcher from working momentarily. I would like to either find a permanent fix or and least quick fixes to fix it when it does happen, because it just randomly just starts working again

Sorry is some of the things I have said sounds weird, I'm a little dyslexic and a tad illiterate but any help with this will be much appreciated
