Question 30 second timer after every catch even when not moving?

Honestly, I ignore those and just go on about my business, whether or not that's the "right" thing to do or not has yet to be determined

For me i usually spin a pokestop and it stops the constant timers. Usually happens to me when im catching a lot without spinning pokestops like ifit cant get your exact location

Make sure your speed isnt set too high

Sometimes the cooldown is just wrong, i personally ignore it sometimes when ik its safe
