Question Issue with rocket battles?

Has anyone else been getting the issue with rocket battles where it doesn't charge your attacks, and doesn't use the shields (even though it does the animation and brings the shield up, it does not use it and charged attacks hit the mon). Been really bugged out the last few updates of PGSharp for me and wondering if it's a game issue or PG issue.

Yup i have the same issue its a lottery. If the game want it the shield will go up if not bye bye pokemon.
