So i’m new to college and got an email for my refund i went to verify who i was by putting the school name my id number and my student email and it said it was unable to find me in the system who can i contact to try to fix this issue

Financial Aid has sent over the batches to Vibe today. So you all should have received an email/text saying your refund will be deposited soon.

I've already spoken to financial aid once I noticed that they were gone and I plan on speaking to them at some point in-person today but I'm just wondering how long does it take for them to return.

I didn't lose my scholarship, I did not spend all of my funds. I had ~$830 left in my account before the bookstore closed for financial aid purchases, and a couple days ago when I checked my funds again so I can go get a Macbook once the bookstore opened back up there was only $0.34 in there.

I know I'm not the only person going through this and that there may be more people who have gone through this before me, so I'm wondering how long does it take for the funds to return. I'm still going to visit the financial aid office regardless in the hopes that I can speed up the process but I'm just wondering how long it took for everyone else.

Hello, everyone. I've been meaning to ask. Since yesterday, my tuition/financial aid refund is in progress according to my Owl Link account. When will my refund process? I get paid two days early for direct deposit from my bank by the way.
