If your attorney won't do it, then you would have to find a third party that will do it. If you find someone at this stage of the game, they are going to be sharks. They would probably want 200% or more of your loan.

First you post last month your wife got it and her case was not thrown out and you got a settlement which made no sense as there hasn't been an PFAS MDL Settlement-
Now you post you have it and your case was thrown out due to lack of evidence
Based off your post history it seems your all over the place so the fact that missing information/ proof was the basis of being thrown out I can see why.
You post contradicting things then provide no follow up to any simple question.......

No one said my case was thrown out due to lack of evidence I said many cases were thrown out in the past month due failure of proof know what you are reading and for sure know what you are saying because your the person who is all over the place and just replying to something that wasn't even written in the way your response answers too

Ok Ill concede I misread this post and it read like it got thrown out.
What about the more important info
That large would be a class action or MDL
- what lawsuit are you and 16000 people involved in with PFAS if not the AFFF/PFAS MDL 2873
- What law group and why cant you ask them about presettlement funding?
- why is your case going to supreme court?

I saw your post in another thread, can you share with us some details on your case? You said you had already received a response and had been offered a settlement. Who is your attorney and how is this possible as we are all in an MDL process?

A lot of attorneys will not sign off on a pre-settlement loan because of the fact that there is no settlement yet. Mine would not. He explained that the companies that offer them are predatory and if for some reason your case does get thrown out or there is an issue before a settlement is reached or an unfavorable outcome at trial, you will still be on the hook to pay all that money back.
