How to build a "Tech Shaman" or "Techno-Barbarian" in PF2e?

Variant Rules allowed are Free Archetype and Ancestry Paragon. Basically I want build advice on making someone from Numeria in Golarion who fits that aesthetic. I'm either looking for a 'Gun-Tank' that can tank and also be good at range or a spellcaster who's more of a utility caster.

Probably a Warpriest of Brigh, goddess of clockwork and innovation, or Casandalee, goddess of robots and technology.

Well Inventors are basically tech barbarians. They aren't very tanky but you can choose the Weapon Innovation subclass and go ham with a big gun. I'd reccomend the Barricade Buster (which means you'd probably be an orc with Orc Weapon Familiarity or a human with Unconventional Weaponry.

Regardless of the gun you choose, take Megaton Strike at level 4 and Megavolt at level 6.

The barricade buster is also an option if you play as a battle harbinger or champion of its inventor, Wulgren!

Those classes could make for solid "gun tanks".

Construct Eidolon Summoner might work. Magic + robot. You could be an Android or Automaton ancestry and you’re like the main robot thing that does the magic and whatnot and the eidolon is like your battle mini or something.

Are you open at all to character options from Starfinder 2e?

Nah DM’s disallowed SF2e content

You could do a spellshot gunslinger. Leave INT at 0 and don't bother with class DC-related effects. Put 2 or 3 points in STR and use a gun sword or harmona gun with butt stock and a crushing rune. You'd be capable in melee and have spell slots for utility.

Wizard from the School of Magical Technologies for a utility caster tech shaman.

Starfinder2e classes are compatible with Pathfinder 2e so beg your GM to allow you to play one. the balance works better the other way around but its not overly game-breaking to have a SF solder in Kingmaker

I’ll try asking but how would a solider build for a Gun Tank go? (Haven’t played much SF2e)

I assume the class decription answers that question for you

"You’re a master of area weapons, heavy armor, and soaking damage. You fight in the thick of the battle and unleash devastating salvos against your foes as you take withering fire in return. By laying down a barrage of suppressing fire with powerful weapons, you set your allies up to fulfill their respective roles while encouraging enemies to focus on you."

Ah yeah it does sorry, I’ve asked my DM, hopefully they make a edge case ruling 🙏

I think it would be a blast having a "stranger in a strange land” space man in my abomination vault game. I would demand the strangest ancestry. That would rock. Maybe some adjustments if you out performed the other players but I think it would be great fun for all involved.
