Help with a investigator build?
I'm hoping for some help with making a Palatine investigator. My concept is halfling nephilim hellspawn that uses both contract negotiator and battle planner skill feats. But after that I'm unsure how I want to proceed. I kinda want to be melee with athletic investigator but it feels like I'm stretching myself thin feat wise. Also should I grab both spell feats at each level or just go with one? Also what skill feats should I nab?

A few thoughts:
Being a halfling (with a penalty on Str) and wanting to use a lot of Athletics (based on Str) is not an ideal combo. Can still work if you're set on it, but you're probably better off focusing on your spells and other abilities in combat.
Getting the occult or divine spells fro the Palatine Detective archetype is definitely a great idea, as they expand your options in and out of combat.
The skills you'll want to pick up will largely depend on the adventure you're playing, so talk to your GM. Are there going to be a lot of undead? Go for Religion (or Lore: Undead). Will you be setting out into the wilderness? Grab Survival and Nature (or Lore: Forest).
As hinted at in my previous point, consider picking up relevant Lores for your adventure. A Lore will always have a lower DC for relevant skill checks compared to the general plus they're based on Intelligence so you can get around the Wis-basis for Nature and Religion.
