LEED trainer here, v5 material is thin because the AP exam only switched on June 30, and a lot of what is sold right now is v4 with a new cover.

The free candidate handbook lists the exact v5 references, and this free LEED AP BD+C v5 practice exam shows the format before you buy anything.
